- The questions are similar to what a doctor or pharmacist would ask in a face-to-face consultation.
- Please answer honestly and in as much detail as you can – this helps us check that the treatment is safe and suitable for you.
Step 3 – Clinician review
- A UK-registered prescriber reviews your consultation.
- If the treatment is appropriate, they issue a private prescription for your chosen medicine.
- If we need more information, we’ll contact you before approving your order.

Step 4 – Pharmacy dispensing & delivery
- Your prescription is sent to our pharmacy team, who dispense your medication just as they would in a high-street pharmacy.

- You can choose from a range of tracked UK delivery options at checkout, including faster services where available.
- We’ll email you when your order has been dispatched, along with any tracking details.
